About the Blog

This blog is primarily about my experiences readjusting to the US after living in China for 18 months as well as the obstacles my wife and I face with her immigration process.

If you’re interested in what happened in China, you can check out the archives or subscribe directly to the China category’s RSS feed. I may be in the US now, but I still reminisce and write about what life was like on the other side of the world.

I’ve even written two books on China. The first is a short Kindle e-book called A Quick Guide to Teaching English in China while the second, Yes China!, is a longer and funnier collection of memoirs about what led me to China and what happened while I was over there.

You can also visit the main directory, clarknielsen.com, for a look at my other video, music, writing, and programming projects.
